Editing, cropping out or reusing my art, removing my signature - PROHIBITED.

I reserve the right to publish any of commissioned works with a credit to the commissioner. If you prefer to keep the commission private/unpublished, a fee applies [+50% of the original commission price].

You are allowed to post your commissioned art on your social media with a credit to me.

I may allow you to use the commissioned art commercially for the specified fee.

The commercial fees vary between two categories of commercial use under my TOS: BAND A and BAND B.

1 - BAND A commercial use - any online usage for promotion, such as: social media profile picture, advertising, streaming, online banners, videos, rigging, vtuber, webtoon, small merch - stickers.

PRICE - BAND A COMMISSION - 2x final art price.

You are not allowed to monetise/make financial profit from my arts within BAND A commercial use.

2 - BAND B commercial use - art resale, physical print sale, T-shirt print, internal illustrations for printed books/comics/CD, book covers, physical comic/manga release, in-game illustrations, transferring copyrights, PSD file, etc.

PRICE BAND B COMMISSION - - at least 3x final art price, depending on purpose but no less than 600 USD*

You are allowed to monetise/make financial profit from my arts within BAND B commercial use.

My arts as well as the content of this website are copyrighted; any unauthorised use may violate copyright laws and result in legal action.

COMMISSIONS: Copyright belongs to me unless agreed and paid otherwise. REMEMBER: I may transfer the copyrights, but I will remain the creator of the artwork.

Removing my signature, altering art or claiming my art as your own may result in legal action.

I accept payments via WISE, STRIPE, KO-FI or business Paypal.

I do provide Invoices where applicable.

All payments/Invoices must be settled UPFRONT.

The final price of the commission is agreed with the customer before the payment.

No cancellation policy after I start working on the commissioned art.

No refunds after payment.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission due to the inappropriate/violent behaviour of the client. Partial refund would apply.

Customers' private data (details from the Invoices/payments confirmations) are the confidential subject of Data Protection Act; therefore they are handled with a professional, careful and discreet manner, never shared nor exposed to any third parts.

TAT - 3-7 days (B/W and color), 10-30 days (Illustration).

Required: IMAGE references (no written descriptions) for a character. Images for design, specific items, poses, etc. Provide their expression/mood in a few words.

FREE plain color/gradient/black framed background.

I always provide WIPs.

I appreciate the communication and feedback at any time so I can deliver my best.

3 minor revisions (sketch, WIP, final) are free. Additional revision - 10 USD each.

Final art - high resolution file PNG/JPG + webfriendly version.

The prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character. Additional items, such as tattoos, weapons, armours, wings, animal parts, animals or pets, complicated design, NSFW option or backgrounds are charged extra.
